Hi Anita, I’m not Asian American but I lived in Hong Kong for 21 years and a pineapple bun with butter (po lo yau) was one of my go-to breakfasts. When I read this post and saw that they have pineapple buns, I stopped reading and rushed over there. I wish that I had read this all the way to the bottom first! The pineapple buns there don’t look or taste anything like HK pineapple buns.

I don’t know why, but Belize has always sounded like such a magical place to me. Everyone I know who has visited has raved about it and I really, really need to plan my own trip down there!
