Absolutely! I usually have the mindset of “well, I’m probably not going to come back to this country since there are so many more I want to visit, so let’s cram EVERYTHING THIS COUNTRY HAS TO OFFER in this itty bitty amount of time.” Very logical, haha. I guess the best word for it is urgency. If only we could package the results of true relaxation into quick, consumable bites. Thank you for reading, Terra!

There’s so much to see in the world and I want to go, go, go and see it all and I get so antsy if I’ve traveled somewhere and don’t make a huge effort to see as much as possible, but that is exhausting. I’ve gotten better about including some chill days in my travels, days where I don’t plan anything and just sort of stay in one place and experience it at a more reasonable pace. I’m so glad you were able to slow down and that you had such a great trip!
